I keep my gloves handy so I see them as soon as I wake up. This helps as I learn to make them my daily routine. Morning and night I have used them for the last 3 weeks. I must say I have found digestion and skin health improvement. I am excited for the changes I see and for the ones to come. These gloves definitely work, I have anaphylactic allergies and have a lot of inflammation in my body and my lymph nodes from this so I thought I’d give the gloves a go to see if they would help. At first I felt horrible headache, achy, nausea, digestive issues and more skin flares and then after about three or four weeks I’m now feeling good. I’m nowhere near as puffy and swollen as I have been and my clothes are a lot looser. My biggest issue was around my stomach. My digestive issues have eased quite dramatically and the top of my arms have got a lot smaller. The brain fog is not so severe and waking up in the morning I don’t feel like I’ve been out on the town drinking all night any more and I don’t even drink! I’m definitely a believer and will continue using them every day. Do yourself a favour and get yourself a pair. I highly recommend them.

I’ve settled into a power morning routine. Starting with 20 minutes of meditation. I then use Chelsey Jean lymphatic gloves. They feel great to use. My body loves the roller side over clothing and seems to rejoice as I begin under arms and the pelvic region. God all the areas like the tapping and light massage as per the suggested protocol. I was recommended the lymphatic gloves from my amazing naturopath. Have been using for a couple of weeks. I love the relaxing routine it has created in my day. So atm I’m on a 5 hr train trip. The very first thing I thought to pack was my new lymph massage gloves. I’ve just done a quick massage in my train seat thankfully I have 2 to myself. Gosh it feels so good. When I looked around to see if anyone was watching I thought ‘it doesn’t matter everyone else is in their own little world’ and they don’t care so I kept going. It made me alert and loose while sitting here. I received them about a month ago tried them once and each day I told myself I’ll do again tomorrow but it didn’t happen - until 6 days ago I decided I’m going to do this everyday for a week. Ive been using the gloves and lymphatic cream for 4 weeks now. I feel like I've had a new spark plug inserted. Day 3 and 4 where an experience all as you described would happen. I have noticed less puffy eyes and do believe my double chins have reduced somewhat. I also think my breasts feel firmer and defiantly am losing the side fat. I’ve been using the gloves for a few weeks now - I haven’t missed a day and I don’t want to. I love the routine which is now part of my daily shower and I look forward to it every time - the biggest thing I’ve noticed so far is being able to feel my knee caps again - no puffy, softness covering them any more - i can feel the bone and my ankles haven’t swelled up at all in the whole 2 weeks. I didn’t get any side effects and am looking forward to seeing result after the next few weeks… I am also eating clean whole foods as well to expedite my results
