Eligibility for returns and refunds

Refund Eligibility

  • Refunds are issued only in the following circumstances:
  • Your order is returned to sender and you choose not to have it resent
  • Your CJ&CO Circulate Compression System is returned/initiated within the 30-day money back guarantee period
  • A refund is required under Australian Consumer Law for a major failure

Refunds are NOT issued for:

  • Faulty or damaged products where a replacement can be provided
  • Opened or used hygiene products
  • Spilled or leaked creams (replacement provided instead)

Refund requests based on personal circumstances

Refunds are not available for requests based on personal circumstances, including but not limited to:

  • I can no longer afford the product
  • I have changed my mind
  • The product is not working for me or did not meet personal expectations

Exceptional Circumstances

If a refund is approved under exceptional circumstances, items must be returned to us at the customer’s expense before the refund can be processed.

What Happens Instead

  • If an item arrives faulty or damaged, we will assess it for replacement where appropriate.
  • Small items such as gloves, creams, sprays, and accessories do not require return and are replaced if approved.
  • Larger items are assessed through our faulty or damaged product process.

Refunds are only issued in limited circumstances, such as:

  • Situations where a refund is required under Australian Consumer Law
  • Return to Sender (RTS) where the customer chooses not to have the order resent

Important clarification

Refunds are outcomes of approved return processes.

We do not offer refunds for change of mind, affordability, or dissatisfaction outside of an applicable return policy.

Replacements

Creams & Oils
For creams and oils, we offer replacements rather than refunds. If your product arrives damaged, has leaked during transit, or has a faulty seal, we'll send you a replacement straight away. Under exceptional circumstances - such as an unopened and unused product — a refund may be considered at our discretion, however our first option will always be a replacement.

Gloves
Your gloves are covered by a 1-year replacement period from the date of purchase. If your gloves become faulty or damaged through normal use within that time, we'll replace them for you. Outside of the 1-year period, we ask that customers purchase a new pair.

If you use your gloves daily, we recommend considering a fresh set after 12 months to ensure the spikes maintain their effectiveness and you continue getting the full benefits from every session.
