Our lymphatic gloves are made from high quality PVC, a material used everywhere from packaging to toys to the medical industry. While “medical grade” isn’t necessary for gloves, we do have testing to guarantee they’re non-toxic and safe for daily skin contact.

These gloves were designed with ease of use, time-saving healthcare, and results-driven functionality in mind. The double-sided glove plays a key role in the Chelsey Jean Sequence and will outperform a normal bristle brush you may have tried before.

The spiky side stimulates your parasympathetic nervous system, signalling your lymphatic system that it’s time to move. This can create an all-over body flush and a warming sensation. It also promotes relaxation, endorphin release, and movement of stagnant lymphatic fluid. You can also use it to exfoliate your skin before a shower.

You can use this side daily if you’d like, but it’s essential to use it at least every second day for best results.

The magnetic balls are composed of the mineral hematite, which has natural anti-inflammatory properties and supports circulation. This side of the glove helps break up congestion in your lymphatics at a deeper level by harnessing the properties of hematite.

No, you don’t need to be rough. Let the balls do the work at the perfect depth, always following the CJ Sequence.

The spiky side is designed to stimulate your parasympathetic nervous system, which can create a warming or tingling sensation. If it feels uncomfortable, try easing up on the pressure - you don’t need to press hard to get results.

Another option is to gently tap the skin with the glove instead of brushing in long strokes. This still activates your lymphatic system without the extra intensity. Over time, most people find the sensation becomes more comfortable and even relaxing.

We suggest using a gentle soap to clean your gloves, you can remove the balls through the clasps that secure the balls. It is good to do a deep clean once a month and remove all the balls and clean out the casing.

The lymphatic pathways are similar on your back as they are your front, however many find it hard to reach the mid back area.

The concentration of lymphatic junctions occurs on your front (breasts/under arm, stomach, crotch) and special attention is given to these “plugs” through the sequence.

For ease of use without compromising the integrity of the system and delivering your body the results it craves, focus and attention is given to the front side of your torso, and 360-degree care to your limbs.

You don’t need to use the system on your backside however you can if you wish!

Remember that lymph will always flow from the back to the front, so draining the front will cause automatic movement from the back.

Toxic build-up doesn’t happen overnight.

Over the years, our bodies are constantly exposed to toxins. Combine that with today’s more sedentary lifestyle, and stagnant lymphatics become part of the problem.

When you begin the protocol, it’s common for cellulite to look worse at first - appearing more dimpled and deeper. This is actually a positive sign that your body is responding.

Keep going. With regular massage, fat deposits, trapped lymph, and cellulite start to break down - but remember, it’s a process.

You may also notice some bruising. This is normal and can be supported by supplementing with a high-quality Vitamin C. It helps strengthen your capillary walls and supports your liver during this important detoxification phase.

It sure is! As you start to drain and detox, a lot of toxins quickly flood your system and your body does its best to drain and remove these toxins. Sometimes, there are some side effects which are temporary such as fatigue, slight aches and pains and headache.

This can be supported by ample water intake, clean diet (lots of fruit and vegies) magnesium supplementation and rest as much as possible – when your body tells you it’s tired, prioritize getting an early night – manage your fatigue as best you can – this is temporary and once you pass through this, you will have amazing energy!

Please start slowly as everybody is different and you may be more toxic than you think.

If you have a pacemaker or implantable cardioverter-defibrillator (ICD), we do not recommend using the magnetic balls included with the Chelsey Jean Dual Action Lymphatic Gloves. The magnetic components may interfere with the function of these medical devices.

Good news! The magnetic balls are easily removable, and the gloves can still be safely and effectively used to stimulate and support lymphatic flow without the magnets. Always consult your healthcare provider if you’re unsure. Magnets may interfere with an implantable loop recorder (ILR). Avoid use near the device and check with your health care provider.

We recommend avoiding the use of the lymphatic gloves during the first trimester of pregnancy. This is a sensitive time of development, and it’s best to avoid introducing treatments to your routine during this stage.

Start once a day for the first 3–5 days. Check how your body feels. If all good, move to twice daily: Once in the morning and then once at night. Make sure to follow the Chelsey Jean Lymphatic Sequence.

We’ve had no issues taking the CJ&CO Compression on domestic flights. You can carry it as a medical device, and while it’s rare to be questioned, stating it’s for medical purposes should address any concerns.

  • Carry-On or Checked Baggage: The compression machine can typically be brought as carry-on luggage if it fits within the airline’s size and weight restrictions. If it’s larger, you may need to check it in.

  • Using It In-Flight? You can use the leg compression component during the flight, but you should ALWAYS check with your airline about their rules for using electronic devices on board.
  • International Flights? To ensure a smooth experience, we strongly recommend contacting all the airlines you’ll be traveling with before packing it. This way, you can confirm their policies and avoid any risk of the compression device being withheld.

Regardless of whether you’re traveling domestically or internationally, it’s a good idea to quickly confirm with your luggage courier or airline.

You would get the Large size, as it’s designed to fit a wider range of body types. Even if you’re shorter, you’ll still gain the same benefits. If you choose the Regular, anyone larger won’t be able to use it at all.

Yes - the CJ&CO Circulate Compression System was designed exactly for this. It uses gentle, sequential compression (like a wave up the legs, pelvis, and body) to help move fluid back towards your lymph nodes.

This can:

  • Support circulation and flow

  • Reduce swelling and heaviness

  • Provide relief in between appointments, so you’re not relying only on expensive stockings or the occasional hospital massage

It won’t replace medical treatment, but it’s a powerful daily tool you can use at home - far more consistent than a fortnightly massage. Many of our clients with lymphedema use Circulate alongside their existing treatment plan and find it gives them both comfort and control back.

The Circulate range comes in different system options (Legs, Lower Body, Full Body). The best one for you depends on your needs:

  • If you mainly experience swelling or heaviness in your legs, the Leg System may be enough.

  • If you want to target hips, thighs, and lower body flow, go for the Lower Body System.

  • If you want the most complete option, supporting legs, pelvis, and torso, the Full Body System gives the most comprehensive results.

Simply wipe the inside and outside of the suit with a clean, damp cloth after use. For a deeper clean, use mild soap and water. Avoid harsh chemicals or machine washing, as these can damage the fabric and the internal components. Allow the suit to air-dry completely before storing.

Yes - the Circulate Compression suit can be shared within a household. We recommend each user wears light clothing (like leggings and a long-sleeve top) during use for hygiene and comfort.

Please note: You cannot use the shorts and the legs on one person at one time as they overlap. 

Most people find 20–30 minutes per session effective, but you can adjust based on comfort and needs. Always follow the guidelines in your manual and listen to your body.

The system is designed to be safe for daily use, but it may not be suitable for everyone. People with certain medical conditions (such as deep vein thrombosis, severe heart issues, or open wounds) should consult their healthcare provider before using compression therapy.

Yes, our creams can be used during pregnancy; however, we strongly recommend performing a patch test first to check for sensitivity, as skin can be more reactive during pregnancy. Avoid applying Castor Oil-based products to the stomach area in the third trimester.

You can use the cream as a standard body moisturizer if you wish. The cream itself has been designed with lymphatic support in mind, so when you do use it you will still be supporting your lymphatic system and encouraging flow even if you don’t use the gloves alongside. Make sure to always rub the cream on, following the sequence.

Many members like to keep one glove in the shower and complete the sequence (spiky side and magnetic balls) and then finish with the cream before dressing. This is also an acceptable way of following the sequence, there are many ways to incorporate.

If a parcel is returned due to incorrect address, not being collected within 10 business days, or the recipient no longer being at that address, Australia Post charges us a $10.50 RTS fee. We’ll contact you within 5 business days to arrange either:

  • Reshipping (with additional shipping cost invoiced), or

  • Store credit (minus the RTS fee or original shipping cost for international orders).

If we don’t hear back within 14 days, store credit will be issued automatically.

All international parcels are sent via Australia Post. Once your parcel leaves Australia, it is transferred to a local courier in your country. Unfortunately, we don’t control which courier takes over, and it can vary depending on your location.

Delivery timeframes vary by region, but most orders arrive within 10–21 business days. However, depending on your country’s local courier service and customs clearance times, delivery can occasionally take up to a month.

Unfortunately, once a parcel leaves Australia, delays are usually caused by customs or the local courier in your country - which we cannot control. If your parcel has not moved for more than 30 business days, contact us at hello@chelseyjean.com and we will lodge an investigation with Australia Post.

We cannot offer refunds for parcels delayed in transit, as this is outside of our control. If your parcel is deemed lost after investigation with Australia Post, we will work with you to arrange a replacement or refund.
