Faulty or Damaged Products

We take pride in the quality of our products, so we hope that you never experience any problems. However, in the unlikely event that your product develops a fault, we will ensure the returns process is as quick and easy as possible.

For small products (Gloves, Creams, Sprays, etc.):

Please complete the Faulty Product Form.

  • We will need clear photos of the issue. Please allow up to 72 hours for our team to review your submission. Once reviewed, we will send a replacement straight away.
  • If your item is not faulty, you will have to pay for return shipping.

You do not need to send the item back.

For larger products (Harmonising Mat, CJ&CO Compression System):

Please complete this Faulty Product Form and include as much detail as possible about the issue.

  • Please allow up to 72 hours for our team to review your submission. Depending on the situation, we may arrange a repair or replacement of your device.

You may or may not need to send the item back. We will inform you.

IMPORTANT POLICY NOTES
All CJCO products that include a warranty are covered in line with our Terms and Conditions.

For wholesale, stockist or master distributor warranty matters, please contact us directly at support@chelseyjean.com.

For any CJCO product that is still within its warranty period, we will always assess and repair the item where possible. If a repair cannot be completed, we will replace the item with the same model or an equivalent model of equal value. In some cases the finish may differ from the original item.

When a product is replaced under warranty, the warranty period remains aligned with the original date of purchase. A replacement does not reset or extend the warranty period.

Returning CJ+CO Compression Systems- 30 Day Money Back

If you try your CJCO Circulate Compression System and feel it is not the right fit for you, here is what to do next.

  2. Check that you are still within 30 days of receiving your order.
  3. Submit your return request by completing the form here.
  4. Please allow up to 72 hours for our team to review your request. Weโ€™ll then be in touch with the next steps.
Return to Sender (RTS)

If an order is returned to us and marked as โ€œReturn to Senderโ€ (RTS) by the carrier, delivery was unsuccessful due to reasons including (but not limited to):

  • An incorrect or incomplete delivery address provided at checkout
  • Failure to collect the parcel from the post office or parcel locker within the carrierโ€™s holding period
  • The recipient no longer resides at the delivery address

A Return to Sender fee is charged to Chelsey Jean Lymphatics by the carrier (currently $11.68 per parcel for Australia Post).


RTS Processing Options
Once an RTS parcel is received at our warehouse, we will notify you via email within 5 business days. You may choose one of the following options:

  • Redelivery
    We can resend the order to a corrected or new address. A reshipping invoice will be issued and must be paid before re-dispatch.

  • Refund
    Australian orders: Refund issued for the order value, less a $15 AUD non-refundable return and administration fee to cover carrier return to sender charges, return handling, processing, and restocking.

    International orders: Refund issued for the order value, less a $30 AUD non-refundable return and administration fee to cover carrier return-to-sender charges, return handling, processing, and restocking.

All return and administration fee's are non-refundable.

No Response
If no response is received within 10 business days of our initial notification, the order will be automatically processed as a refund (at our discretion), less applicable RTS, administration, and restocking fees.

Return Shipping Labels - When they are Available

Return shipping labels are only provided for items that are faulty, damaged in transit, or where an incorrect item has been sent.

We do not provide return labels for returns due to change of mind, dissatisfaction, or personal preference. In these cases, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
