Faulty or Damaged Products
We take pride in the quality of our products, so we hope that you never experience any problems. However, in the unlikely event that your product develops a fault, we will ensure the returns process is as quick and easy as possible.
For small products (Gloves, Creams, Sprays, etc.):
Please complete the Faulty Product Form.
- We will need clear photos of the issue. Please allow up to 72 hours for our team to review your submission. Once reviewed, we will send a replacement straight away.
- If your item is not faulty, you will have to pay for return shipping.
You do not need to send the item back.
For larger products (Harmonising Mat, CJ&CO Compression System):
Please complete this Faulty Product Form and include as much detail as possible about the issue.
- Please allow up to 72 hours for our team to review your submission. Depending on the situation, we may arrange a repair or replacement of your device.
You may or may not need to send the item back. We will inform you.
IMPORTANT POLICY NOTES
All CJCO products that include a warranty are covered in line with our Terms and Conditions.
For wholesale, stockist or master distributor warranty matters, please contact us directly at support@chelseyjean.com.
For any CJCO product that is still within its warranty period, we will always assess and repair the item where possible. If a repair cannot be completed, we will replace the item with the same model or an equivalent model of equal value. In some cases the finish may differ from the original item.
When a product is replaced under warranty, the warranty period remains aligned with the original date of purchase. A replacement does not reset or extend the warranty period.

If you try your CJCO Circulate Compression System and feel it is not the right fit for you, here is what to do next.
Return to Sender (RTS)
If your parcel is returned to us and marked Return to Sender (RTS), it usually means:
- The delivery address provided was incorrect or incomplete
- The parcel was not collected from the post office or pickup point
- Delivery was attempted but unsuccessful
Once your parcel arrives back at our warehouse, our team will contact you by email.
You’ll be given two options:
- Resend your order - Pay the standard re-shipping fee of $11.68, and we’ll resend your parcel to your confirmed address.
- Refund your order - Receive a refund for your order excluding the original shipping cost once we receive your original order.
If we don’t hear back within 10 business days of contacting you, your order will automatically be refunded (minus the original shipping cost).
To avoid delays, please double-check your delivery details before checkout and keep an eye on your tracking updates once your parcel has been dispatched.
Return Shipping Labels - When they are Available
Return shipping labels are only provided for items that are faulty, damaged in transit, or where an incorrect item has been sent.
We do not provide return labels for returns due to change of mind, dissatisfaction, or personal preference. In these cases, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
