TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. The promoter
CJLQ ENTERPRISES PTY LTD, ABN 56 640 718 501, trading as Chelsey Jean Lymphatics, of 1/45 Neumann Road, Capalaba, Queensland 4157, Australia (the Promoter).

2. Promotion period
The promotion opens at the moment order number #98,000 is placed on chelseyjean.com.au, and closes at the moment order number #100,000 is placed.
Neither time can be stated in advance, because both depend on when those order numbers are reached. The Promoter will announce that the promotion has closed within 48 hours of it occurring.
3. Eligibility
Entry is open to anyone aged 18 years or over who places a qualifying order, in any country the Promoter ships to.
The following are not eligible to win:
- Employees, directors and contractors of the Promoter, and their immediate families
- Wholesale, stockist, practitioner and trade account holders
- Anyone ordering through a trade, wholesale or practitioner account or discount
If an ineligible person places order #100,000, clause 6 applies.
4. How to enter
Entry is automatic on placing an order. Place any order through chelseyjean.com.au during the promotion period and you are entered.
- No minimum spend. Every order carries one entry regardless of value
- One entry per order. Additional orders create additional entries, but no order has a greater or lesser chance than any other. The outcome depends only on the order number assigned
- No code, comment, tag, share or form submission is required or accepted. Social media activity of any kind does not create, improve or affect an entry
- Orders placed through wholesale accounts, in person, by phone, or on any platform other than chelseyjean.com.au are not entered
5. The prizes
5.1 Major prize
One (1) CJ+CO Harmonising Mat, recommended retail price A$1,347 including GST, added at no cost to the winning order.
The winner is the customer whose order confirmation email shows the order number #100,000.
For the avoidance of doubt, this is the order number assigned by the Promoter's e-commerce platform and shown on the order confirmation email. It is not a representation that the Promoter has received or processed 100,000 orders.
5.2 Secondary prize
A$10 store credit to each of the fifty (50) orders numbered #99,950 to #99,999 inclusive.
- Credit is applied to the customer's store account, or where the order was placed as a guest checkout, issued as a single-use code to the email address on the order
- Credit does not expire
- Credit has no cash value, is not transferable, and cannot be exchanged or refunded
- Credit will be issued within five (5) business days of the order being placed.
5.3 Both prizes
Total prize pool: A$1,847 including GST.
Prizes are not transferable, not exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash. The Promoter may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the prize becomes unavailable for reasons beyond its control.
6. Cancelled and refunded orders
Order numbers are assigned sequentially and are never reassigned. A cancelled or refunded order does not change the number given to any other order, and does not bring the promotion closer to or further from #100,000.
If order #100,000 is cancelled in full, refunded in full, or found to be fraudulent, a duplicate, a test order, or placed by a person who is not eligible under clause 3, the major prize passes to order #100,001.
A partial refund or the return of one item from a larger order does not forfeit the prize.
The prize becomes final once the Harmonising Mat has been despatched. Anything that happens to the order after that point does not affect it.
The same principle applies to clause 5.2. An invalid order in the #99,950 to #99,999 range is replaced by the next valid order placed after #99,999.
7. Winner notification
The Promoter will contact the winner as soon as possible after the promotion closes, using the contact details on the winning order.
The winner must make contact with the Promoter within seven (7) business days of the Promoter's first attempt. If no contact is made within that period, the major prize passes to order #100,001.
The winner will be asked to confirm the order number from their own confirmation email before the prize is finalised.
8. Delivery of the prize
The Harmonising Mat will be despatched with, or shortly following, the winning order, at no cost to the winner within Australia.
[DECISION 2 — see the box below] For orders delivered outside Australia, the Promoter will contribute the equivalent of standard domestic shipping. Any further freight, customs duties, taxes or import charges are the responsibility of the winner.
9. Privacy
Personal information collected in connection with this promotion is handled in accordance with the Promoter's Privacy Policy at and the Australian Privacy Principles.
Entering does not subscribe you to marketing. Information collected for this promotion is used to conduct the promotion and award the prizes.
The Promoter will not publish any customer's surname, address, email address, phone number, order contents or order screen.
10. Errors and technical issues
The Promoter is not responsible for lost, delayed or misdirected orders, confirmation emails or communications, or for any technical failure outside its reasonable control.
If a technical fault causes an order number to be assigned incorrectly or duplicated, the Promoter will determine the valid order acting reasonably, and will publish what it decided and why.
11. Amendment and cancellation
Subject to any applicable law and any permit conditions, if the promotion cannot be conducted as planned the Promoter may amend or cancel it. The Promoter will not change the winning order number or the entry mechanic once the promotion has opened.
12. Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any guarantee, right or remedy under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Subject to that, the Promoter is not liable for any loss or damage arising from this promotion or from the use of any prize.

These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia
