HOW THE SALE WORKS
When you add any eligible product to your cart, the sale discount will be applied automatically at checkout. The discount will be reflected in your cart summary before payment.
No promotional code is required.
CJL and CJ+CO discounted prices will be displayed on the product pages and reflected at checkout automatically.
GIFT WITH PURCHASE (GWP)
Orders with a cart subtotal of $200 AUD or more at checkout will receive a complimentary FACEbiotics Cream 125ml, while stocks last. All eligible products are already discounted before being added to your cart, so the $200 minimum is based on the discounted prices shown in your cart.
This gift with purchase is available on all qualifying orders. The gift will be added automatically at checkout. Limit of one (1) complimentary FACEbiotics Cream per order. The gift has no cash value and cannot be exchanged, substituted, or returned for a refund.
If a qualifying order is partially returned and the remaining order value falls below $200 AUD, Chelsey Jean Lymphatics reserves the right to deduct the standard value of the gift from the refund or request the return of the gift.

PRICING ERRORS
If a pricing or system error displays an incorrect price or applies a discount incorrectly, Chelsey Jean Lymphatics reserves the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund. We will notify you as soon as possible if this occurs.
PRE-SALE PURCHASES
Purchases made before 16 June 2026 are not eligible for this promotion. We are unable to apply the discount retroactively to orders placed before the promotion period, and no price adjustments will be made on pre-sale orders.
STOCK AVAILABILITY
This promotion is subject to stock availability. If an eligible product sells out during the promotion period:
You will be notified and given the option to receive a full refund OR wait for stock to be replenished (backorder).
Chelsey Jean Lymphatics reserves the right to end the promotion early if stock is exhausted before 27 June 2026.
SHIPPING
Australian Orders: Orders are typically dispatched within 7 business days of purchase. Free standard shipping applies to orders over $145 AUD.
International Orders: This promotion applies to international customers. Standard international shipping rates apply. Free shipping is not available for international orders.
International customers are responsible for checking with their local customs authority regarding any applicable duties, taxes, import fees, or charges. Any customs fees, duties, or taxes imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost.
Chelsey Jean Lymphatics is not responsible for delays, additional charges, or refused deliveries resulting from customs clearance processes.
Shipping times may vary depending on location and courier.
DAMAGED OR LOST IN TRANSIT
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at support@chelseyjean.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will arrange a replacement or refund at our discretion. Chelsey Jean Lymphatics is not liable for delays caused by the courier.
COMBINATION WITH OTHER OFFERS
This promotion cannot be combined with other discount codes, vouchers, or promotional offers. Exception: Affiliate links with standard affiliate discounts may be used in conjunction with this promotion.
AFTERPAY / BUY NOW PAY LATER
This promotion is compatible with Afterpay and other buy now pay later services available at checkout. Standard Afterpay terms and conditions apply. If you return a product purchased via Afterpay, the refund will be processed through Afterpay in accordance with their refund policy.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
Discounted products purchased during this promotion are eligible for return and refund at the discounted amount paid (the price you paid during the sale), in accordance with our standard Returns & Refunds Policy, provided the product is unused and in its original condition.
CJ+CO products purchased at the promotional price are eligible for return and refund at the discounted amount paid, in accordance with our standard Returns & Refunds Policy.
Complimentary gift-with-purchase items must be returned along with the qualifying order if a full refund is requested. See the Gift With Purchase section above.

GIFT PURCHASES & THIRD PARTY RETURNS
If a product is purchased as a gift, only the original purchaser may request a return or refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method only. We are unable to process refunds to a different account or person without appropriate legal documentation.
ORDER MODIFICATIONS & CANCELLATIONS
You have a 30-minute window from the time of purchase to modify or cancel your order.
This includes: cancelling the order, changing or adding products, updating delivery information or shipping address.
After 30 minutes, we cannot guarantee that modifications or cancellations can be accommodated, as orders may have already entered our dispatch process.
Any requests made after this window will be handled at Chelsey Jean Lymphatics' sole discretion.
PURCHASE LIMITS
There is no limit on the number of eligible products you may purchase under this promotion, subject to stock availability.
FRAUDULENT OR SUSPICIOUS ORDERS
Chelsey Jean Lymphatics reserves the right to cancel any order that appears to be fraudulent, placed by a reseller, or in violation of these terms. This includes orders placed using multiple accounts to exploit this promotion.
EXCLUSIONS
This promotion does not apply to:
- Purchases made before 16 June 2026 or after 27 June 2026
- Products not listed as eligible in the Eligible Products section
- Wholesale, distributor, or reseller accounts
- Gift cards
- Previous purchases (no retroactive discounts)
MODIFICATION OR TERMINATION
Chelsey Jean Lymphatics reserves the right to extend, shorten, modify, suspend, or terminate this promotion at any time at its sole discretion, with or without notice, including but not limited to cases of stock depletion, technical error, or unforeseen circumstances.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Chelsey Jean Lymphatics' total liability in connection with this promotion is limited to the purchase price of the product(s). We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental loss or damage arising from participation in this promotion.
