Where you learn to feel it, move it, and teach it.

This is hands-on from the start. By the end of Day 1 you won't just understand the lymphatic system - you'll be able to work with it.

Why your body's biggest waste system has no pump - and the two things that actually move lymph. Most people are doing neither.

The cleaning business. Why drainage has to come before anything else works and why so many treatments stall without it.

How to read a body. The soft-touch assessment that lets you feel where lymph is stagnant and know exactly where to start.

The sequence itself. Chelsey's art of self lymphatic massage, where to begin, how to stimulate, how to release and where it all drains to. Practised until it's yours.

Please check with your individual association as credits are based on hours of study and vary depending on the association.
Is there anything I need to do before the training day?
Yes, there is an online theory component that needs to be done prior to attending the in-person or online training.

What should I bring on the day?
- 2 large towels and 1 small towel
- Comfortable clothing (long pants and socks for you to try the CJ + CO Circulate Compression)

Do I need to be a qualified massage therapist to do the training?
No. Lymphatics Alive is not only for practitioners; it’s for anyone who wants to take control of their health, and who wants to share the skills Chelsey teaches with family and friends. If you are not a practitioner right now and do want to practise, you’ll need a massage qualification – we can connect you with Discover Massage to do their weekend course
I am doing the online version of the training, do I need a person to do the practical component on the day?
Yes, you need a person to practice on during the practical component on the day of the training at 11am and/or 1pm AEST.
Can I purchase products on the day?
Yes, you can purchase the full range of Chelsey Jean Lymphatic products and the CJ+CO Circulate Compression on the day of training.
Can I pick up a wholesale order on the day of training?

I have done the Lymphatics Alive Workshop, can I come back and do a refresher?
Yes! At any time you are welcome to come back to the training and refresh your skills.
The cost to do the refresher in-person is $495 and online is $95.
I want to get started now however I am unable to attend the next training day. Are there any options to get started straight away?
Yes, you can purchase the online version of the training and get started straight away. You can then come to a training day in-person that suits you at no extra cost.
