The difference between a normal massage and a lymphatic massage lies in their focus as well as the techniques used.
Focus: A normal massage typically targets muscle tension, stress relief, relaxation, and overall well-being. It involves manipulating the muscles using various techniques to promote circulation, release tension, and alleviate muscular discomfort.
Lymphatic massage focus: A lymphatic massage specifically targets the lymphatic system, which plays a vital role in removing waste and excess fluids from the body. The primary goal is to encourage lymphatic flow, support comfort around swelling, and complement day-to-day self-care. Lymphatic work is often used around concerns such as fluid retention, and in recovery contexts people discuss with their own practitioner (for example after surgery). We do not run a clinic and we do not offer in-person or online massage appointments.
Techniques: While a normal massage may involve kneading, stroking, and deep tissue techniques, a lymphatic massage uses lighter pressure with directional brushing, massaging, and rolling in specific sequences. These techniques are designed to stimulate the lymphatic vessels and encourage the flow of lymph fluid throughout the body.

This cream is the bomb!! It sits at the front of my products cupboard as itโs used every day, no fail!! My 61 yr old skin has never felt better! Iโve been using the gloves for a few weeks now - I havenโt missed a day and I donโt want to. I love the routine which is now part of my daily shower and I look forward to it every time - the biggest thing Iโve noticed so far is being able to feel my knee caps again - no puffy, softness covering them any more - i can feel the bone and my ankles havenโt swelled up at all in the whole 2 weeks. I didnโt get any side effects and am looking forward to seeing result after the next few weeksโฆ I am also eating clean whole foods as well to expedite my results

I have used these gloves once a day since I got them about a week or so ago. I love the tingling my skin gets after using them. Iโm not sure I feel a huge difference yet although I have noticed Iโm not wanting the usual 3pm sugar fix!! So thatโs nice. I hang mine on the door of my bathroom vanity so that I actually remember to use them before I get in the shower.

I absolutely love this product. Itโs been a couple of months now since I bought the gloves and cream and my skin feels amazing. Iโm sort of addicted the my morning routine now and havenโt missed a day. I even took them to Japan recently and noticed my legs didnโt ache as much by the end of the day after all my walking. I would wake up refreshed and ready to do another 15-20K steps. My routine is the same, I start out doing the gloves on the spikey side then have a shower using my shower gel with same technique as the gloves. I even dry myself using the same technique then put my lymphatic cream with the same pattern as the rest. Iโve noticed a big difference with my skin, my legs and boobs donโt even feel like mine anymore - so much better. I am concentrating on my bum more now, hoping that will get in better shape๐คฃ. I canโt thank Chelsea enough. Itโs a great product.
I love using the gloves and cream. I usually use the spikey side in the morning before I shower as I feel it gets the bowels moving and is invigorating and use the magnetic balls at night with the cream as a massage.
Started using the Chelsey Jean lymphatic massage system about 4 weeks ago. First thing to show up was more energy. After a couple of weeks I noticed my face was tighter and a lot less puffy and my wrinkles seemed to be less, to the point friends and family commented. Love the dual sided gloves. My skin really loves this cream, itโs never felt so good. I had the driest skin on my chins and feet. Iโm not a big fan of the smell but my skin is silky to touch and Iโm loving it. I keep it stored on my bathroom sink so I remember to use it daily. Combined it with the gloves and its made a huge difference to my aches and pains that I have that Iโve stopped taking painkillers daily. Highly recommend it.

This product doesn't have a horrible after feel, infact it feels refreshing and the smell is mildly unique, which is fantastic, as Im not a fan of moisturisers on my body or strong scents. My skin feels softer and more supple like the clock rewinded 20 years ago. In combination with a few lymphatic protocols, I have seen an almost immediate different in it lifting on going and very stubborn fluid retention. I had a bad fall some time ago, and my body has not been as happy with me since, especially as I hit perimenopause. This is a welcomed addition to my regular routine.
My skin has never been so hydrated over winter and I am not getting any signs of eczema. I don't miss a day of using the spiky side of the gloves and the cream as it has made a noticeable difference in my skin.
After a month of using the gloves twice a day I must say that I love the way they make me feel! I havenโt lost any weight but I have lost 2 inches off my waist, not sure how that is possible. My skin looks and feels a lot better too!
I am loving the lymphatic cream, I started off with just the gloves and have since added the cream as well magnesium spray and face biotics. I am finding my gym recovery time has definitely benefitted since added the cream, my knees in particular are much less puffy and muscle soreness seems to recover faster enabling me to do more!

We are currently on vacation in South Africa. I ordered the combo pack and received the 500ml and the 250ml Lymphatic body cream. Iโve been using the 500ml at home in Australia and took my 250ml on holiday. Iโm using it religiously since I received my order and some mornings Iโm down up to 700g. I think Iโm a bit over eager because Iโm full of blue dots all over but I donโt care as itโs working for me. I need to order more soon as my husband now realised itโs working for him too. He had a swelling on his shoulder for a while and by the time we got the dr to look at it we realised it was gone. Iโm telling everyone how great it is and will leave my gloves in South Africa for my sister in law and order more when back in Aus in 4 more weeks. These need to find their way into the hands of every woman on the planet! The changes I feel in my body happened almost overnight. The first time using the gloves was painful - so much congestion and gunk in my system. Now itโs actually pleasant! My face lost its bloat after only a couple of days and thereโs visible reduction in the cellulite on my thighs after a couple of weeks. Give them a go! I had been looking at them for a little while then a couple of close friends told me they use them and have really noticed a change. At first I followed instructions and started slow. I keep them in my bathroom so I can use them every day before showing and at night before bed. Maybe a coincidence but I got a cold a week later?? Anyway using them every day and I do feel better after using them. My skin feels good and I would say give them a go! I havenโt noticed any physical changes yet but I feel good!!
I've been using the massage gloves for 3 weeks daily and have noticed a difference to my swollen lower legs already. The pain at the end of the day has already reduced. I'm loving the morning ritual and it only takes me 10 to 15 minutes. I like to integrate the whole session with my shower using the prickly side first to wake up the lymphatic system and then jump in the shower. Moisturise with magnesium spray along with the body cream and onto the roller side. It's so simple but with great results.

Hello, I wanted to share a few words to describe my experience with the lymphatic gloves. I'm a woman in my mid 40's and in the midst of noticing a few unwanted changes in my body. Bloating, weight gain, and just feeling sluggish and tired quite often. After repeatedly seeing FB ads about the gloves, I decided to purchase them. After watching a few instructional videos, I used my gloves that evening(which was quite easy). The next day, I found myself having to find a toilet throughout the day, flushing out excessive lymph fluidv that was apparently trapped in my body. After a 1-2 weeks of daily gloves usage, i noticed the bloating start to disappear and my legs and arms were looking a bit firmer. I will definitely try to keep this as a daily priority.
I keep the products by my bedroom chair and use every morning and evening. I have Lipedema and this is the easiest routine I have found to get the lymph moving! I bought the big bottle of lotion and fill up my smaller one for convenience. I recommend this to everyone especially those with lymphatic issues.
