MOVE + FLOW = GLOW

Why Lymph Matters

Your lymphatic system clears waste, extra fluid, and irritants. It has no pump. It moves with breath, muscle squeeze, and simple daily habits.

Serving as your body’s defence and waste removal system, the lymphatic system plays a vital role in maintaining overall well-being.

Think of a city’s rubbish collection. Lymph vessels are the streets, nodes are the depots, lymph flow is the trucks. When trucks run, streets stay clean. When they stop, bins overflow, smells build, pests show up.

In your body, this shows up as swelling, fluid build-up, inflammation, and fat. Get the trucks moving daily and everything runs clean again.

Learn The CJ Lymphatic Massage Sequence

Your lymph doesn’t have a pump, which means if you don’t move it, it just sits there, building up waste, fluid, and inflammation.

This little 2-minute routine gets everything flowing again. It’s simple, it’s quick, and once you know it, you can use it every single day for the rest of your life.

Think of it as brushing your teeth, but for your whole body.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do I have to go to a clinic to improve my lymphatic health?

No, you can improve your lymphatic health from the comfort of your own home using our Starter Kit.

What can I eat that will help lymphatic wellness?

To promote healthy lymphatic wellness and focus on anti-inflammatory eating, incorporating clean, organic (where possible) and minimally processed foods, along with plenty of fruits, vegetables, and protein at every meal, can be beneficial. Additionally, suggesting the use of your Hair Compatibility Test to identify individual food intolerances and potential sources of inflammation is a great approach. Here are some guidelines for promoting lymphatic wellness through diet:

Choose Whole Foods: Opt for whole, unprocessed foods whenever possible. Include a variety of fruits, vegetables, whole grains, lean proteins (such as chicken, fish, or legumes), and healthy fats (such as avocados, nuts, and olive oil).

Focus on Anti-Inflammatory Foods: Emphasise foods that have natural anti-inflammatory properties, such as berries, leafy greens, turmeric, ginger, garlic, walnuts, and fatty fish like salmon or sardines.

Increase Fruit and Vegetable Intake: Aim to include a diverse range of colourful fruits and vegetables in your meals. They are rich in antioxidants and phytochemicals that can support lymphatic health and overall well-being.

Prioritise Protein: Include a source of protein at every meal to provide essential amino acids necessary for tissue repair and maintenance. Options can include lean meats, poultry, fish, eggs, legumes, and plant-based proteins like tempeh or lentils.

Minimise Processed Foods: Reduce or eliminate processed foods, which often contain unhealthy fats, added sugars, and artificial additives. Instead, choose whole food alternatives.

Stay Hydrated: Proper hydration is crucial for lymphatic function. Drink an adequate amount of water throughout the day to support lymphatic circulation.

Individualise with the Hair Compatibility Test: Promote your Hair Compatibility Test as a valuable tool for identifying specific foods that may cause inflammation in individuals. Highlight that we all have unique dietary needs, and understanding personal food intolerances can help customise an anti-inflammatory eating plan.

Yes, there are many ways we encourage you to work with us personally at Chelsey Jean Lymphatics. We have a team of natural health practitioners who offer in-person and online support, and they are passionate about providing personalised plans to address your lymphatic health concerns.

Our personalised treatment plans are designed to meet your individual needs. We take into consideration various factors, including your body shape and identifying any blockages within your lymphatic system. By understanding where congestion may occur, we can develop targeted strategies to promote lymphatic drainage and enhance overall well-being.

Furthermore, we recognise the significant role that gut health plays in lymphatic function. Our practitioners will offer guidance on improving your gut health through dietary and lifestyle recommendations. A healthy gut can positively impact the lymphatic system, helping to optimise its function and support your overall health.

Additionally, our consultations extend beyond the physical aspects of lymphatic health. We delve into the emotional and energetic components that may influence your well-being. Our practitioners can assist in identifying and addressing any emotional or traumatic experiences that your body may be holding onto. By releasing emotional blockages, we aim to create space for joy and vitality to flow into your life.

Whether you prefer in-person consultations at our clinic or online support, our dedicated team is committed to providing you with personalised attention and guidance. We believe in a collaborative approach, working closely with you to develop a comprehensive treatment plan that aligns with your unique needs, goals, and preferences.

At Chelsey Jean Lymphatics, we offer a range of products specifically designed to assist in managing lymphedema symptoms. Our products are carefully formulated with a focus on natural ingredients and Australian-made quality. We understand the challenges that individuals with lymphedema face, and our products are created to provide relief and support for their specific needs.

Our massage creams and sprays are specially formulated to promote lymphatic flow and reduce swelling. These products can be used during lymphatic massage or self-massage techniques to help alleviate discomfort and support lymphatic drainage.

In addition, we offer compression devices like the CJ&CO Circulates, which are designed to provide gentle and effective compression therapy. These devices help improve circulation, reduce swelling, and manage lymphedema symptoms. The CJ&CO Circulates offer a convenient and user-friendly solution for individuals seeking at-home compression therapy.

We understand that managing lymphedema requires a comprehensive approach, and our products are intended to complement professional treatments and therapies. They can be used in conjunction with our in-clinic services or as part of a self-care routine at home.

What is the difference between a normal massage and a lymphatic massage?

The difference between a normal massage and a lymphatic massage lies in their focus as well as the techniques used:

Focus: A normal massage typically targets muscle tension, stress relief, relaxation, and overall well-being. It involves manipulating the muscles using various techniques to promote circulation, release tension, and alleviate muscular discomfort.

Lymphatic Massage Focus: On the other hand, a lymphatic massage specifically targets the lymphatic system, which plays a vital role in removing toxins, waste, and excess fluids from the body. The primary goal of a lymphatic massage is to enhance lymphatic flow, reduce swelling, and support the body’s immune function. Our clinic specialises in providing lymphatic massages for clients, particularly those pre and post-surgery, such as mastectomy, explants, liposuction, and body remodelling. These massages allow our practitioners to assess your body, identify blockages, and determine any underlying factors contributing to them. For example, scarring from previous operations or wearing tight bras can cause blockages.

Techniques: While a normal massage may involve kneading, stroking, and deep tissue techniques, a lymphatic massage utilises directional brushing, massaging, and rolling techniques in specific sequences using lighter pressure. These specialised techniques stimulate the lymphatic vessels and encourage the flow of lymph fluid throughout the body.

Benefits: Both types of massages offer unique benefits. A normal massage helps relieve muscle tension, promotes relaxation, and enhances overall well-being. However, at Chelsey Jean Lymphatics, we encourage incorporating lymphatic sequencing into all massage styles, beginning with the chest. Lymphatic massages, tailored for individuals with concerns such as excess weight, headaches, lymphedema, or fluid retention, aim to reduce swelling, support the immune system, and enhance the body’s natural detoxification process.

We offer lymphatic massages that combine the benefits of relaxation with targeted lymphatic stimulation. Our experienced practitioners will provide personalised treatments to address your specific concerns and help improve your overall well-being.

What is the lymphatic sequence designed to do?

To make you look and feel better through the use of your lymphatic system of course! The sequence has been designed with ease of use in mind, with incredible results.

Following the sequence daily and giving yourself some lymph love is an often-overlooked way to self-care and maintain wellness.

The method is effective at moving stagnant lymphatic fluid from your body and encourages drainage and movement of this fluid which provides the body with many benefits like less fluid retention, better digestion, less brain fog, a lighter feeling, smoother skin and weight loss.

Can this help with lipoedema?

Lipoedema essentially means “fluid around fat” while the fluid is in fact lymph, the fat is fat, and it can be painful. Many have reported that they experience less aches and throbbing from the lipoedema sites when using the system, however this takes special care when starting to remove it, however expert medical management will be required for ongoing management of this condition.

If you are suffering from lipoedema, I encourage you to look into the Body Wisdom Program for targeted support and management surrounding Lymphatic support and Lipoedema supports.

What is BOOB Camp?

BooB CamP is a dynamic, supportive, rapidly growing Facebook community that is interactive, engaging and educational.

If you haven’t joined the community please request to join here. Once a month, Chelsey Jean hosts 3 x 30-minute workshops over 3 evenings where the LymFATic sequence and how to use the LymFATic products take center stage. It is live, interactive and of course always fun.

What is in the lymphatics cream?

Together with the Magnetic Massage Gloves, the Detox and Drain LymFATic Cream was Chelsey’s first creation. Wanting to supercharge detoxification and add in her Naturopathic love, this lightweight lymph loving cream has proven extraordinary results. An expertly curated blend of botanicals work in synergy to improve circulation, reduce inflammation, and stimulate the lymphatic system. It’s lightweight and the non-toxic formula leaves the skin wonderfully hydrated without an oily residue… Plus it smells great!

In combination with the signature CJ sequence, the LymFATics cream aids in strengthening and repairing your circulatory system by assisting in the formation of stronger capillary walls and healthier venous function. The inclusion of the cream alongside your Glove massage sequence also assists in detoxification of the cells through lymphatic drainage.

How soon should you start seeing weight loss results?

How long is a piece of string? Again, every individual is different and there are many factors that can contribute to weight gain and weight loss.

Generally speaking, many of our members start to notice changes to their weight and appearance of skin tone and weight loss within 2 to 6 weeks of consistent use and incorporating the sequence into everyday life.

However, some don’t, especially if you have a compromised lymphatic system or other problems similar to fibromyalgia for example. If you are encountering struggles, Chelsey’s Body Wisdom program is an excellent mentorship program where she will assist you with professional mentorship, encouragement and clinical assessment to help you set goals to assist with your weight struggles with accountability and support.
