Australia Wide Delivery
Shipping & Delivery
Free shipping on all orders over $145. Orders under $145 incur a flat $12.95 standard postage fee.
Please allow up to 7 business days for your order to be dispatched. Orders placed before 11am AEST Monday–Friday are prioritised within this timeframe, provided all items are in stock.
Express Post orders placed after 11am AEST will be dispatched the following business day.
You'll receive email updates once your order is placed and again when it's dispatched.
Once dispatched, delivery timeframes are as follows:
- Standard: 2-6 business days
- Express Post: Delivery times vary depending on your location - check coverage on the Australia Post website
Please note dispatch timeframes are based on business days (Monday–Friday) and exclude Australian public holidays. During busy periods, dispatch times may vary.
We use Australia Post as our preferred courier. If another courier is used, this will be noted on your order confirmation.
Authority to Leave - All orders are shipped with Authority to Leave enabled by default, meaning your parcel may be left in a safe place if no one is home.
Important! This excludes all Wholesale partners and Master Distributors as this is only valid for retailers.
Pre-Orders
Unfortunately, we can’t split orders, so all items will be shipped together. If there’s any further delay in shipping your order, Chelsey Jean Lymphatics will notify you by email. You’ll receive another email with tracking details once your products have been dispatched.
International Delivery
We ship worldwide. International delivery timeframes can vary depending on the destination country, customs processing, and local postal services.
Please allow the following as a general guide:
- New Zealand: 7 to 14 business days
- Asia & Pacific: 10 to 20 business days
- USA & Canada: 12 to 25 business days
- UK & Europe: 15 to 30 business days
- Rest of World: 20 to 35 business days
These are estimated timeframes only. International orders may experience delays due to customs clearance, peak periods, or local delivery conditions. Any import duties or taxes charged by your country are the responsibility of the customer.
We currently use Australia Post International or DHL International depending on the destination. Tracking details will be sent once your order has been dispatched.
Shipping & Delivery
Authority to Leave
All orders are shipped with Authority to Leave enabled by default. This means your parcel may be left in a safe place at the delivery address if no one is available to receive it.
If you do not want your parcel left unattended, you must untick the Authority to Leave option at checkout or ensure delivery instructions specify a safe and suitable location. Chelsey Jean Lymphatics is not responsible for parcels left in accordance with the delivery authority provided at checkout.
