Australia Wide Delivery

Free shipping on all orders over $150.

Orders under $150 will have a $12.95 charge for standard postage.

Standard delivery usually takes 3 to 5 working days, and Express Post (when selected at checkout) is generally a next business day service, depending on your location.

We work with Australia Post as our preferred courier. At times we may use another courier service, and if we do, we will note this on your order confirmation. You can find more information about Australia Post’s Express Next Day Network on their website.

Pre-Orders

Unfortunately, we can’t split orders, so all items will be shipped together. If there’s any further delay in shipping your order, Chelsey Jean Lymphatics will notify you by email. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your products have been dispatched.

All Australian Deliveries

All orders placed before 11am AEST Monday-Friday will be dispatched within 2 business days. However, this is subject to change during busy trading periods.

If your order was placed after 11am, and all items are available, your order will be dispatched the next working day.

Once your order is placed, we will email you with updates.

Please be advised that our delivery time guidelines are based on working days, which only includes Monday - Friday and excludes Australian public holidays.

International Delivery

We ship worldwide. International delivery timeframes can vary depending on the destination country, customs processing, and local postal services.

Please allow the following as a general guide:

  • New Zealand: 7 to 14 business days
  • Asia & Pacific: 10 to 20 business days
  • USA & Canada: 12 to 25 business days
  • UK & Europe: 15 to 30 business days
  • Rest of World: 20 to 35 business days

These are estimated timeframes only. International orders may experience delays due to customs clearance, peak periods, or local delivery conditions. Any import duties or taxes charged by your country are the responsibility of the customer.

We currently use Australia Post International or DHL International depending on the destination. Tracking details will be sent once your order has been dispatched.
