How do I become an affiliate?
Simply apply using the form on this page. Once approved, you’ll receive your unique affiliate link to start sharing.
How much commission do I earn?
You’ll earn 10% commission on eligible Chelsey Jean product sales made through your affiliate link.
Does my audience get a discount?
Yes. Your audience receives a 5% discount when they shop through your link.
When do I get paid?
Affiliate commissions are paid on the first Monday of every month.
If Monday is a public holiday, payments are made on the next business day.
How are payments made?
Payments are made via PayPal. Your affiliate signup email must match your PayPal email so we can process payouts correctly. If the emails don’t match, payouts may be delayed until the details are updated.
What counts as an eligible sale?
Commission applies to:
- Completed and paid orders
- Orders that are not refunded or returned
Shipping, taxes, discounts, refunds and chargebacks are excluded from commission calculations
How do I log in to my affiliate account?
Once you’ve signed up and been approved, you’ll receive an email with your affiliate dashboard login link. From there, you can log in anytime to view your links, sales and commissions.
If you can’t find your login email, please check your spam folder or contact us for support.
Can I use my own affiliate link to purchase?
No, self purchases through your own affiliate link are not permitted.
What happens if someone purchases but doesn’t use my affiliate link?
To earn commission, purchases must be made through your unique affiliate link. If a customer doesn’t use your link at checkout, the sale unfortunately can’t be tracked or credited to your account.
How do I track my sales and commissions?
You’ll have access to your affiliate dashboard where you can view clicks, sales and commissions in real time.
Can I promote Chelsey Jean however I like?
We love creativity however promotion must be honest, respectful and aligned with our brand values. Misleading claims or spam style promotion aren’t allowed.
