By signing up as an affiliate, you agree to the terms below.
These terms exist to keep things fair, transparent, and aligned with our brand values.
ELIGIBILITY
To join the Chelsey Jean Affiliate Program, you must:
- Be 18 years or older
- Provide accurate and up to date information
- Be approved by Chelsey Jean
We reserve the right to accept or decline any application at our discretion.
AFFILIATE
RELATIONSHIP
Affiliates are independent promoters of Chelsey Jean products.
Joining this program does not create an employment, partnership, agency, or joint venture relationship.
Affiliates do not have authority to act on behalf of Chelsey Jean.
AFFILIATE LINKS
& PROMOTION
GUIDELINES
Once approved, you will receive a unique affiliate link to share.
Commissions are only earned on purchases made through your unique link.
Affiliates must not:
- Make false, misleading, or exaggerated claims
- Promise guaranteed results or medical outcomes
- Use spam, unsolicited messages, or unethical marketing
- Alter or manipulate affiliate links
- Bid on Chelsey Jean brand keywords in paid ads without written approval
- Misrepresent Chelsey Jean or its products
All promotions must comply with Australian Consumer Law and advertising standards.
Chelsey Jean reserves the right to request removal of any content that does not align with brand values.
COMMISSION
& TRACKING
Commission rates are communicated at the time of signup or during campaigns.
Commissions are calculated on:
- Completed and paid orders only
- Excluding shipping, taxes, discounts, refunds, and chargebacks
Self-purchases through your own affiliate link are not permitted unless explicitly approved.
PAYPAL EMAIL
REQUIREMENT
(IMPORTANT)
Affiliates must sign up using the same email address linked to their PayPal account.
This is how affiliate payouts are processed.
It is the affiliate’s responsibility to ensure:
- The PayPal account is active
- The email address entered during signup matches the PayPal email exactly
Chelsey Jean is not responsible for missed or delayed payments due to incorrect PayPal details.
If your PayPal email changes, you must notify us before the next payout cycle.
PAYOUT SCHEDULE
Affiliate commissions are paid on the first Monday of every month.
If the first Monday falls on a public holiday, payouts will be processed on the following business day.
Payments include eligible commissions from the previous month that:
- Are fully paid
- Have not been refunded or returned
- Have not been charged back
Commissions that are not eligible in a given cycle will roll over to the next month.
If a payment fails due to incorrect PayPal details, it will be reissued in the next payout cycle.
REFUNDS & RETURNS
If a referred order is refunded, returned, or charged back, the associated commission will be deducted from future payouts.
Chelsey Jean reserves the right to withhold commissions in cases of suspected misuse or fraudulent activity.
BRAND ASSETS
& INTELLECTUAL
PROPERTY
Affiliates may use approved Chelsey Jean images, logos, and content provided for promotional purposes.
Brand assets must not be altered without written permission.
All Chelsey Jean intellectual property remains the sole property of Chelsey Jean.
DISCLOSURE
REQUIREMENT
Affiliates must clearly disclose their affiliate relationship when promoting Chelsey Jean products.
Example disclosure:
“I may earn a commission if you purchase through this link.”
Disclosures must be clear, visible, and compliant with advertising laws.
TERMINATION
Chelsey Jean may terminate an affiliate account at any time if these terms are breached.
Affiliates may also leave the program at any time.
Upon termination, all affiliate links and brand usage must cease.
CHANGES TO TERMS
Chelsey Jean reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time.
Continued participation in the program constitutes acceptance of any updates.
GOVERNING LAW
These terms are governed by the laws of Australia.
