Warranty and Refund Terms October 2025
1. Introduction
This document sets out the terms and conditions of the product warranty and refund policy for the RejuvaNest Pod, sold by CJ+CO Australia (CJLQ Enterprises Pty Ltd - ABN 56 640 718 501)
Please keep this document together with your proof of purchase for future reference.
This warranty is provided in addition to your rights and remedies under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) and, for products sold in New Zealand, the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 (CGA).
2. Definitions
(a) ACL - Schedule 2 to the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth).(b) Product - any CJ+CO RejuvaNest Pod sold in Australia or New Zealand.(c) CJ+CO Australia - CJLQ Enterprises Pty Ltd ABN 56 640 718 501, Capalaba QLD 4157 Australia.(d) Authorised Service Centre (ASC) - repairer or distributor approved in writing by CJ+CO Australia.(e) Warranty Period - twelve (12) months from the shipment date of purchase.(f) You / Your - the original purchaser for personal, professional, or commercial use (not for resale).
3. Application
This warranty applies only to new RejuvaNest Pods purchased from CJ+CO Australia.It is in addition to, and does not exclude, restrict, or modify, any other rights or remedies under applicable law, including the non-excludable consumer guarantees.Commercial and professional users (e.g. clinics, spas, gyms, recovery centres) are covered under the same 12-month warranty period, subject to these terms.
Commercial & Clinic Requirement:
A clean towel or single-use protective barrier MUST be placed between the body and the Mat surface for every session. Failure to follow barrier protection requirements may void warranty claims relating to contamination, sweat soak, oil absorption or material deterioration.
4. Warranty Coverage
During the Warranty Period, CJ+CO Australia will repair or replace (at its discretion) any part found defective due to faulty materials or workmanship.
Refurbished parts may be used. Replaced parts become the property of CJ+CO Australia.
Light globes and all electrical components are covered under this 12 month warranty.
This warranty does not cover deterioration or malfunction resulting from liquid contamination, moisture, spills, sweat, oils or topical substance exposure.
5. What Is Not Covered
This warranty does NOT cover:
a) Labour for repairs, technician call-outs or travel costs
b) Normal wear, cosmetic ageing or marks not impacting product function
c) Damage from misuse, abuse, neglect or failure to follow user instructions
d) Unauthorised repair, tampering, modifications, disassembly
e) Incorrect power supply, electrical surge, storm damage or voltage misuse
f) Transportation, delivery or installation faults not performed by CJ+CO Australia
g) Damage or loss during freight handled by external carriers (see Transit Cover)
h) Any injury or loss resulting from accident, negligence or misuse
i) Products with serial numbers removed, modified or defaced
j) Liquid contamination, staining, moisture absorption or spills of any kind including drinks, water, sweat, oils, creams, lotions, magnesium sprays, essential oils, beauty products, cleaning agents, bodily fluids or humidity exposure.Personal, clinic or commercial use without a towel or disposable barrier will void warranty relating to surface breakdown, contamination or deterioration
6. Freight and Delivery Policy
CJ+CO Australia uses third party freight partners for delivery of all RejuvaNest Pods.
Delivery charges and surcharges are location dependent and may vary.

Installation Fees - Any installation or setup services provided by CJ+CO Australia or authorised technicians are not included in the product price.
Installation is optional, quoted separately, and non-refundable once completed.
Insurance Disclaimer - CJ+CO Australia is not responsible for loss or damage in transit once the Product leaves our warehouse.Customers should arrange adequate freight insurance coverage.

8. International Shipping
CJ+CO Australia ships RejuvaNest Pods to selected international destinations.
Freight and Duties: All freight, import duties, taxes and local delivery costs are the purchaser’s responsibility.
Transit Damage and Insurance: Risk transfers to the purchaser upon dispatch; insurance is strongly recommended.
Delivery Timeframes: Vary by country and customs; CJ+CO Australia is not liable for delays.
Returns and Warranty: International customers must cover return freight and customs charges.
Voltage and Compliance: Units are 220–240 V AC; use of incompatible power sources voids warranty.
9. Consumer Guarantees (Australia)
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the ACL.
You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and to compensation for
reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
You are also entitled to repair or replacement if the failure does not amount to a major
failure.
10. Consumer Guarantees (New Zealand)
This warranty operates in addition to rights under the CGA, Sale of Goods Act and Fair Trading Act.
For commercial purchases, the CGA does not apply.

13. Force Majeure
CJ+CO Australia is not liable for delay or failure caused by events beyond its control including natural disasters, pandemics, transport strikes or supply-chain interruptions.
14. Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Queensland courts.

Keep proof of purchase, invoice number and delivery details for all claims.

Return and Refund Terms & Conditions
1. Purpose
These terms explain how CJ+CO Australia manages returns, refunds and exchanges for RejuvaNest Pods sold in Australia and New Zealand, in accordance with the ACL and CGA.
2. Change of Mind
Because the RejuvaNest Pod is a special order wellness device, CJ+CO Australia does not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind once payment is made or goods dispatched.

Approved refunds (for faulty or mis-supplied goods only) are processed to the original payment method within 10 business days of inspection.

Non-returnable unless faulty under ACL: used Pods, contaminated units, items without original packaging or accessories purchased after 30 days.
8. Commercial & Clinic Purchases
For clinic or commercial use, refunds are not available after delivery. Warranty remains valid for 12 months.
9. Consumer Rights
Nothing limits your rights under the ACL or CGA. You are entitled to repair, replacement or refund for major failures as defined by law.

Customer details collected for purchase, delivery or warranty are handled per the CJ+CO Privacy Policy and used only for support purposes.

6. Freight, Delivery, Transit Cover & Damage Protection
CJ+CO Australia uses independent freight partners. Location-based surcharges may apply including storage, redelivery, limited access and handling costs.
Transit Cover (Australia Post or carrier equivalent) provides compensation for loss/damage occurring only while in transit.
Transit Cover is subject to freight carrier terms and ACL. Transit Cover does not apply where contamination, liquid penetration, sweat, oil or product deterioration occurs after delivery.
Replacement value refers to the reasonable cost for CJ+CO Australia to repair or replace the Harmonising Mat with the same or equivalent model at the time of assessment. This value is determined solely by CJ+CO Australia based on current replacement cost, not original purchase price, advertised price, resale value or customer expectation.

Commercial & Clinic Requirement:
All sleeves, hoses and garments must be cleaned between clients using hospital-grade disinfectant and fully dried before reuse. Failure to follow hygiene and cleaning requirements may void warranty claims related to contamination, odour, mould, or material deterioration.
4. Warranty Coverage
CJ+CO Australia will repair or replace (at its discretion) any component found to be faulty due to material or manufacturing defect within the Warranty Period.
Refurbished or equivalent parts may be used.
The warranty covers the controller unit, hoses, connectors, and attachments supplied with the system.
This warranty does not cover deterioration or malfunction resulting from misuse, unauthorised modification, or contamination from liquids, oils, or cleaning agents.
5. What Is Not Covered
This warranty does not cover:
a) Normal wear, cosmetic marks, or general ageing
b) Damage caused by misuse, abuse, neglect, or failure to follow operating instructions
c) Accidental damage, dropping, or improper storage
d) Unauthorised repairs, tampering, or modifications
e) Use with non-approved accessories or incorrect power supply
f) Water, liquid, oil, sweat, or cleaning-agent contamination
g) Torn or punctured sleeves caused by sharp objects or improper use
h) Products with serial numbers removed or defaced
i) Freight, delivery, or installation issues handled by third-party carriers
j) Loss, delay, or damage during transport after delivery
6. Freight, Delivery, and Transit Cover
CJ+CO Australia partners with independent freight carriers.
Transit Cover provides compensation for loss or damage during shipment only.
Claims can be lodged by CJ+CO Australia as sender once the customer provides clear photos and details within 48 hours of delivery.
Compensation relates to replacement value only, not business loss or downtime.

1. Purpose
These terms explain how CJ+CO Australia manages returns, refunds, and exchanges for the CJ+CO Circulate Compression System sold in Australia and New Zealand, in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) and Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 (CGA).
2. 30-Day Money Back Guarantee
We want you to feel confident when investing in your CJ+CO Circulate Compression System. If you are not completely satisfied after using it as directed, you may return it within 30 days of delivery under our Money Back Guarantee.
Conditions:
Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7 business days of inspection.

If your CJ+CO Circulate Compression System arrives faulty or damaged, notify CJ+CO Australia within 48 hours of delivery.

If confirmed faulty, we will arrange a repair, replacement, or refund in line with the ACL.
4. Incorrect Delivery or Missing Items
If you believe an item is missing or incorrect, contact cjco@chelseyjean.com within 7 days of receiving your order so we can correct it promptly.
5. Change of Mind
Because the Circulate Compression System is a health-related product, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind once payment has been processed or goods dispatched.
The 30-Day Money Back Guarantee (Section 2) is the only applicable return option outside warranty claims.
6. Freight Charges for Returns
Return freight for all non-warranty cases (including Money Back Guarantee returns) is the customer’s responsibility.
Authorised warranty or faulty-on-arrival returns may be covered at CJ+CO’s discretion.
International customers are responsible for freight, customs duties, and return shipping for any claim.

Original shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
