Yes. The maximum height to fit inside the RejuvaNest comfortably is 185cm, we can add a knee pillow for those a little taller and the width maximum is 70cm

Bring your loose fitting long clothes that are comfortable and not restrictive or lay in your underwear. As you will be jiggling with the vibration, we don’t want any tight undies, bra or pants. Allow the lymph and sweat to flow freely! Please bring dry clothes, we will give you a cool towel to wipe away the sweat!

As we have not used pregnant women in any testing, we will have to say no, especially to using any of the heating functions as well as the vibration.

We recommend a lymphatic massage and use of our circulate compression system for pregnancy.

Breastfeeding is fine however lots of water needs to be consumed to keep up milk supply.

My first experience in the Rejuvanest was early 2025. I walked in with my stress levels through the roof. Chelsea talked me through the process, I jumped in, set my intentions and tried to think positively about what I want to bring into my life, all the good vibes. I fell into the deepest sleep during the 30mins and once the 30 mins was up my whole body was buzzing I couldn't wipe the smile from my face I felt AMAZING!!! My second experience was when I had abit of a head cold and was hesitant to go anywhere because of all the hype with the flu and Chels said don't worry come on in. I am so glad I did after that 30mins I got out of the nest my head was clear my nose felt so much better. I felt 100% walking out compared to when I walked in. My Husband also tried the nest he has neuropathy in his legs and feet. He jumped in the nest with pain at a level of 9 if I remember correctly and when he got out the pain was down to a 3 he was in love with it to.
