What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, and Afterpay.

Is my payment secure?
Yes. All transactions on our site are fully secure and encrypted to protect your personal and payment information.

Can I edit my order after placing it?
You have a 30-minute window after checkout to make changes to your order. During this time you can add or remove products, change products, update your personal details, or cancel your order entirely. During this window your payment is authorised but not yet captured.

After 30 minutes, your payment is captured and your order is locked in for processing.

I paid with PayPal - why do I see two charges?
When you pay with PayPal, you may see the full order amount deducted from your account straight away. After the 30-minute window, you may notice a second charge appear - this simply means we've captured your payment in full. This could be a shipping charge of $12.95 or another amount depending on your order. If you're unsure, please reach out to PayPal directly for confirmation.

My payment was declined - what should I do?
This is usually because there aren't enough funds available in your account. Please check your balance and try again. If the issue continues, contact your bank or payment provider.

How do I get a refund?
Please visit our Refund Policy page here to check if your order is eligible for a refund.

How long do refunds take?
Once we approve your refund, we process it immediately. Please allow 1โ€“3 business days for the funds to appear back in your account. Refunds are always returned to the original payment method used at checkout.
