What are the best attachments to use at the same time?
You can’t overlap certain attachments (for example, you can’t use the shorts and legs together on the same person, as they overlap). However, you can share - one person can use the legs while another uses the shorts. Our personal favourite combo is the arms and shorts together, as it gives a powerful session for both upper and lower body.

I love every part of the compression suit, as individual parts or all as a whole suit. It also enables me to share with my husband at the same time. However, if you’re between sizes, I would recommend going for the smaller option. At 5’11”, I purchased a large, but I think a medium would have been a better fit for my legs, as my feet don’t sit quite right. I wanted to use the circulate for a while before I did my review it has now been a couple of months and I can say they have made a difference in the way my legs feel. I try to use them most nights before bed and find it a nice way to wind down. The heavy feeling is reduced, and they help to reduce the pain and swelling in my legs and feet at the end of the day. I just have an overall feeling of improvement, mobility and softness in my legs. I do have the full system but find the legs are my favorite.
