FREE SHIPPING AUSTRALIA-WIDE
Youโll be glad to know that we now offer FREE shipping within Australia on all orders over $140!
For smaller orders under $140, standard shipping rates apply.
Orders are dispatched from our Brisbane warehouse every day.
DELIVERY TIMEFRAMES
We use this timeframe as a precaution to ensure your order arrives safely, though most orders deliver well before the maximum timeframe.
Estimated Delivery Times:
- Australia: 3โ7 business days
- New Zealand: 12โ25 business days
- USA: 12โ21 business days (via Express USPS)
- Canada: 12โ21 business days
- U.K: 12โ25 business days
- Europe & Surrounding Countries: 12โ30 business days
- Other International Orders: 12โ35 business days
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
International orders may be subject to additional taxes, customs duties, or import fees determined by your country. These are not included in our shipping fees.
We recommend checking with your local customs office for any applicable charges before placing your order. Customers are responsible for all import-related costs.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Tracking details are provided within 1โ2 business days after your order has been shipped.

RETURN TO SENDER (RTS)
If a parcel is returned to us marked โReturn to Senderโ by Australia Post (e.g., incorrect address, uncollected parcel, recipient moved), a $11.68 RTS fee applies.
If this happens, you can choose to:
- Have your parcel resent to a new address (weโll send an invoice for the $11 reshipping cost), or
- Receive a store credit minus the RTS charge.
If we donโt hear from you within 14 days, a store credit for the order subtotal (excluding shipping) will be issued automatically.
MISSING PARCELS
If your parcel hasnโt arrived:
- Notify us as soon as possible.
- Weโll open an investigation with the courier (please allow 5โ7 business days).
- If confirmed lost, you can choose between a replacement or full refund.
If the courier marks a parcel as delivered but you havenโt received it, weโll help you lodge a claim and work toward a resolution.
Please report missing parcels within 30 days of the expected delivery date.
CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITES
- Ensure your delivery address is accurate and up to date.
- Report missing parcels promptly.
- We cannot be held responsible for parcels lost due to incorrect address details.
Returns Policy
POLICY RETURN DEADLINE

Our money-back guarantee is valid for 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we canโt offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- It must be in the original packaging.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable).
Items with obvious signs of use. Any item not in its original condition is damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error and any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery will be deemed as non-returnable items.

If you wish to return an item, please ensure the following conditions are met:
- We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect.
- Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the dispatch date.
- Proof of purchase (eg. receipt or order confirmation number) is required.
- Unfortunately no products can be returned due to change of mind.
Non-Refundable Items
We do not accept returns or offer refunds for:
- Sale items.
- Gift cards.
- Products damaged due to misuse or improper care.
RETURNS (IF APPLICABLE)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 business days.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)
If you havenโt received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially deposited. If youโve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please emailย hello@chelseyjean.comย with MISSING REFUND in the subject line.
We will reply within 72 hours of hearing from you.
EXCHANGES (IF APPLICABLE)
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged or incorrect. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email atย hello@chelseyjean.comย with EXCHANGE as the email subject line.
We make sure to answer all emails within a 72 hour timeframe.
SHIPPING
To return your product please email us for instructions we will answer your email within 24 hours. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
Returns must be sent with a signature on delivery with a trackable shipping method to ensure safe and documented delivery.
RETURN TO SENDER
Occasionally parcels are returned to ourย warehouseย and marked as โReturn to Senderโ by Australia Post, meaningย the parcel could not be delivered for one of the below reasons:
- The recipient no longer lives at the provided Postal Address.
- The recipient does not collect their parcel from the Post Office in time (within 10 business days)
- The incorrect Postal Address was provided to us.
Chelsey Jean Lymphatics is charged aย RTS cost of A$11.68 per parcel by Australia Post.
If we receive a RTS, we will contact you within 5 business days, where you will be able to choose from the following two options:
- We can resend the parcel to a new Postal Address and simply send you an invoice for the re-shipping cost.
- For AU orders: We can issue you with a Store Credit excluding the RTS charge of $11.68.
- For International orders: We can issue you with a Store Credit excluding your original shipping cost.
If we do not hear back from you with your decision within 14 days, you will be automatically be issued a Store Credit to the value of the order subtotal, before shipping.
