Note: CJ & Co Circulate Compression & Zazen Alkaline Water System orders are not eligible for free shipping.
For most orders, please allow up to 21 business days for delivery but below outlines further specifics surrounding shipping timeframes for different parts of the world. We use this timeframe as a precaution to ensure your order delivers in time, but in most cases orders arrive well before the maximum time frame.

We will respond within 24 hours to your email. Tracking information is available within 4-5 business days from the day we sent you the tracking code.
Delivery Times
- Estimated delivery time to US: 12-21 business days via Express USPS
- Estimated delivery time to Mexico: 12-23 days
- Estimated delivery time to Australia: 7 days (please note we send orders out on Monday, Wednesday and Friday)
- Estimated delivery time to New Zealand: – 12-25 days
- Estimated delivery time to Canada: 12-21 days
- Estimated delivery time to U.K: 12-25 days
- Estimated delivery time to Europe & Surrounding Countries: 12-30 days
- Estimated delivery for Other International Orders: 12-35 Days
Please note that international orders may be subject to additional taxes, customs duties, and import fees. These charges are determined by your country of origin and are not included in the shipping fees paid to us. We recommend checking with your local customs office for details on any applicable fees before placing your order. Customers are responsible for all customs and import-related charges.

Damaged or Missing Items
We want you to be delighted with your purchase, but we understand that issues can occasionally arise. If you receive an item that is damaged or if an item is missing from your order, please follow the steps below to resolve the issue:
- Contact Us ASAP: Please notify our customer support team by emailing hello@chelseyjean.com.
- Provide Supporting Documents: Please attach clear photos of the damaged product and its packaging for damaged items. If you have a missing item, please provide your name, email, phone number, order number and tracking number. This helps us process your request more quickly and determine the best solution.
- Resolution Options: Depending on the issue, we may offer a replacement, exchange, or partial refund. If an item is missing from your order, we will ensure it is shipped to you at no additional cost.
CJLQ Enterprises PTY LTD is not responsible for any issues, such as shipments delivered to an incorrect address or items lost in transit.
Return to Sender
Occasionally parcels are returned to our warehouse and marked as ‘Return to Sender’ by Australia Post, meaning the parcel could not be delivered for one of the below reasons:
- The recipient no longer lives at the provided Postal Address.
- The recipient does not collect their parcel from the Post Office in time (within 10 business days)
- The incorrect Postal Address was provided to us.
Chelsey Jean Lymphatics is charged a RTS cost of A$11.68 per parcel by Australia Post.
If we receive a RTS, we will contact you within 5 business days, where you will be able to choose from the following two options:
- We can resend the parcel to a new Postal Address and simply send you an invoice for the re-shipping cost.
- For AU orders: We can issue you with a Store Credit excluding the RTS charge of $11.68.
- For International orders: We can issue you with a Store Credit excluding your original shipping cost.
If we do not hear back from you with your decision within 14 days, you will be automatically be issued a Store Credit to the value of the order subtotal, before shipping.
Missing Parcel

- Investigation Process
- Upon notification, we will liaise with the courier to investigate the status of your parcel.
- Please allow 5–7 business days for the courier to complete their investigation.
- Resolution
- If the courier confirms the parcel is lost, we will offer the following options:
- A replacement of the same item(s) at no additional cost.
- A full refund of your purchase.
- If the courier reports the parcel as delivered but you have not received it, we will work with you and the courier to resolve the issue, which may include filing a claim or additional steps.
- Customer Responsibilities
- Ensure the delivery address provided is accurate and up to date.
- Report any missing parcels within 30 days of the expected delivery date.
Important Notes
- Orders marked as delivered by the courier but reported missing may require additional evidence e.g., a non-delivery statement.
- We cannot be held responsible for parcels lost due to incorrect address details provided by the customer.
Returns Policy
POLICY RETURN DEADLINE
CJ & CO Circulate Compression
Our money-back guarantee is valid for 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- It must be in the original packaging.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable).
Items with obvious signs of use. Any item not in its original condition is damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error and any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery will be deemed as non-returnable items.
Chelsey Jean Lymphatics Products
If you wish to return an item, please ensure the following conditions are met:
- We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect.
- Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the dispatch date.
- Proof of purchase (eg. receipt or order confirmation number) is required.
- Unfortunately no products can be returned due to change of mind.
Non-Refundable Items
We do not accept returns or offer refunds for:
- Sale items.
- Gift cards.
- Products damaged due to misuse or improper care.
RETURNS (IF APPLICABLE)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 business days.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially deposited. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please email hello@chelseyjean.com with MISSING REFUND in the subject line.
We will reply within 72 hours of hearing from you.
EXCHANGES (IF APPLICABLE)
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged or incorrect. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at hello@chelseyjean.com with EXCHANGE as the email subject line.
We make sure to answer all emails within a 72 hour timeframe.
SHIPPING
To return your product please email us for instructions we will answer your email within 24 hours. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
Returns must be sent with a signature on delivery with a trackable shipping method to ensure safe and documented delivery.
