2025 Black Friday Sale Policy

Sale Dates

  • Our 2025 Black Friday Sale runs from November 12 to November 19, 2025. All sale prices are final and no additional discounts, promo codes or credits can be applied during this period.

Shipping & Delivery

  • Due to high demand during the sale, please allow up to 28 business days for delivery, although most orders will arrive sooner.
  • Free shipping on all orders over $150 (Australia ONLY)
  • Shipping confirmation and tracking details will be sent within 7-10 days of dispatch.
  • Important: Once your order has been placed, we are unable to make changes or cancellations, including address updates or adding/removing items.

Free Gift with Purchase

Receive a free gift with any purchase over $160 AUD during the Black Friday sale period

  • Limit one (1) gift per transaction.
  • Gifts cannot be exchanged or swapped.
  • The gift will be included automatically in qualifying orders while stocks last.
  • If your order is returned or cancelled, the free gift must also be returned unused.

Order Processing Times

  • Orders are packed and dispatched in the order they’re received. Please allow 3–5 business days for processing before your parcel leaves our warehouse.

Postage Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and selected method.

  • Customer pays postage:
  • For incorrect addresses entered at checkout, or “Return to Sender” parcels.
  • For redelivery requests after failed delivery attempts.
  • We cover postage:
  • If a replacement or reshipment is required as a result of our mistake due to it being incorrect, damaged or faulty.

CJLQ Enterprises Pty Ltd is not responsible for delays caused by postal services, customs or circumstances beyond our control.

Return to Sender / Incorrect Address

If your parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address or failure to collect from a local post office or courier depot.

Chelsey Jean Lymphatics is charged a RTS cost of A$11.68 per parcel by Australia Post.

If we receive a RTS, we will contact you within 7 business days, where you will be able to choose from the following two options:

  • We can resend the parcel to a new Postal Address and simply send you an invoice for the re-shipping cost.
  • For AU orders: We can issue you with a Store Credit excluding the RTS charge of $11.68.

For International orders:

  • We can issue you with a Store Credit excluding your original shipping cost.

Damaged or Missing Items

We want you to love your purchase! If something goes wrong:

  • Contact Us ASAP: Email hello@chelseyjean.com within 5 days of delivery.

Provide Supporting Details:

  • For damaged items: attach clear photos of the product and packaging. Along with your name, email, phone number and order number. 
  • For missing items: attach clear photos of what you received. Along with your name, email, phone number and order number.

Resolution: Depending on the issue, we may offer a replacement, exchange, or partial refund. Missing items will be shipped at no extra cost once verified.

Returns & Exchanges

All Chelsey Jean Lymphatics products purchased during the Black Friday Sale are final sale and not eligible for return or refund, excluding Circulate Systems.
Due to the heavy discounting and high demand, we cannot accept change-of-mind returns.

If a product is found to be faulty or not as described, please contact us at hello@chelseyjean.com and we’ll resolve it in accordance with your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

International Orders

International orders may experience longer delivery times due to customs processing and postal delays.

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees charged by their local government.

Free Shipping Day Policy - 14 November 2025

Free Shipping Offer

Free standard shipping is available on all orders placed on 14 November 2025, from 12:00am to 11:59pm AEST.

This offer is valid for this day only and applies automatically at checkout.

Time-Based Promotion

This is a one-day promotion.

No refunds, credits, or adjustments will be issued for shipping costs on orders placed before or after the promotional window.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Once an order is placed, we cannot make changes or cancellations, including address updates or adding/removing items.

Processing & Delivery Times

Due to high order volumes, please allow 3–5 business days for processing.

Shipping confirmation and tracking details will be sent once dispatched.

Return to Sender / Incorrect Address

If your parcel is returned due to an incorrect address or failure to collect, a reshipping fee will apply.

Store credit may be issued (less RTS fees) if you prefer not to reship.

Damaged or Missing Items

Contact us within 5 days of delivery with clear photos and your order details.

Replacements or resolutions will be provided according to Australian Consumer Law.
