CJ+CO Circulate Warranty Terms and Conditions

Warranty Coverage
This warranty covers any manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship of the product for a period of 24 months from the delivery date. The warranty covers the cost of parts and labor required to repair the product.

Exclusions and Limitations
This warranty does not cover damages resulting from misuse, abuse, accidents, improper installation, or unauthorized modifications. The warranty also does not cover damages caused by natural disasters, power surges, or other external factors beyond our control.

This warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the defective product. The warranty does not cover any other damages, including but not limited to, lost profits, consequential damages, or incidental damages.

This warranty doesn’t not cover damages occurring to the motor, if the motor is being used and charged at the same time. Charging must be done separately to using the CJ & CO Circulate Compression.

Warranty Registration
To qualify for warranty coverage, the customer must register the product within 30 days from the delivery date. The customer must provide the product’s serial number and delivery date on the online registration fore here.

Warranty Claims
To make a warranty claim, the customer must contact Chelsey Jean Lymphatics via phone (1800 226 627) or email (cjco@chelseyjean.com). The customer service representative will email you a form to fill out to send back with your product and provide instructions on how to return the product for repair or replacement.

The customer is responsible for shipping costs associated with returning the product. CJ & Co will pay for the cost of shipping for any repaired or replaced product back to the customer.

To be eligible for the 30 day money back guarantee you must of registered your warranty within 14 days of purchase

Governing Law
This warranty is governed by the laws of the state in which the product was purchased. Any disputes arising from this warranty will be resolved in accordance with the laws of the state in which the product was purchased.

Limitation of Liability
Chelsey Jean Lymphatics’ liability under this warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the defective product. Chelsey Jean Lymphatics is not liable for any other damages, including but not limited to, lost profits, consequential damages, or incidental damages.

Entire Agreement
This warranty constitutes the entire agreement between the customer and Chelsey Jean Lymphatics with respect to the product. This warranty supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether oral or written, between the customer and Chelsey Jean Lymphatics.

By registering the product for the 24-month warranty, the customer agrees to the terms and conditions outlined above.

  3. Ship the Product: Securely package the product and send it back to us using a trackable shipping method. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  4. Refund: Once we receive the returned product and confirm that it meets our return criteria, we will process your refund.

Terms and Conditions

  1. The 30-day money-back guarantee is only applicable to CJ&CO Circulate purchases made directly from Chelsey Jean Lymphatics through our official website.
  2. The product must be returned in its original packaging and in a resalable condition.
  3. Return shipping costs are not covered by Chelsey Jean Lymphatics and must be paid by the customer.
  4. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used during purchase.
  5. Chelsey Jean Lymphatics reserves the right to refuse a return if the product shows signs of misuse or damage.

Facebook and Instagram Competition Terms and Conditions

Eligibility

The Chelsey Jean Lymphatics Instagram competition (“Competition”) is open to people aged 18 years or over, except employees of Chelsey Jean Lymphatics and their close relatives and anyone otherwise connected with the organisation or judging of the Competition.
How To Enter:

1.) To enter the Competition, entrants must like the designated competition post on the Chelsey Jean Lymphatics Instagram page and share it on their own Instagram feed or story.

2.) Entrants must have a public Instagram account to participate in the Competition.

3.) Only one entry will be accepted per person. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified.

4.) Any entries deemed inappropriate or offensive will be disqualified at the discretion of Chelsey Jean Lymphatics.

5.) Entrants must be 18 years or older.

6.) Competition is open to residents of Australia only.

Prize:

1.) The prize(s) for the Competition will be clearly stated in the Instagram post.

2.) The prize(s) is/are as stated and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prize(s) is/are not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.

Winner Selection:

1.) The winner(s) of the Competition will be selected at random from all eligible entries received.

2.) The winner(s) will be notified through Instagram direct message within 2 days of the closing date of the Competition. If the winner(s) cannot be contacted the prize will only be held for 14 days from the original date the competition closed.
