Warranty Sign Up
Before going any further you need to register your 24-month warranty within 14 days of purchase. This can be done via the QR code found in the user manual which came with your Circulate or via the QR code on screen.

All you need to do is fill in your details and the serial number for your appropriate system, the serial number can be found on the front of the white box or on the back of the motor unit it will look something like this: BT - 6KQBD2023LO5 - 0892

Compression Settings
Mode 1 - 30-80mmHg
Next Progression: After getting comfortable with mode 1 and a pressure that is right for you mode 2 is the next progression.
Sports Recovery: Weather you are a novice gym-goer or a seasoned athlete this is the mode for you.
Evening Use: Great for use in the evening to relax and unwind, promoting better sleep by alleviating discomfort and triggering your paratympanic system.
Pain Management: Can help with pain management for those experiencing chronic pain or sore muscles from training.

We have only covered modes 1-2 here as the other modes can be approached in the same way. Once you have gotten comfortable with the circulate feel free to experiment and find the mode you like best.

Special Features
Width Extenders:
Our Extenders allow you to adjust the width of the shorts, legs and waist attachment. You will find the shorts and leg extenders already zipped into the leg attachments. If you purchased extra extenders, you will find them separately inside the CJ&CO duffel bag.
Please take note of how these have been zipped in so you understand how to do so. You can connect multiple extenders by zipping them in the same way they go into the compression attachments.
Dual-User Design:
To have 2 people use the 1 Circulate machine, or to use 2 attachments on yourself at the same time you will need 3 "Y" Connectors. You will find all 3 inside your duffel bag if you purchased the Full Body or Lower Body systems.
1 - Plug the 1st Y-Connector directly into the motor.
2 - Connect your 1st attachment into the 2nd Y-Connector
3 - Connect the 2nd attachment into the 3rd Y-Connector
4 - Take both of the attachments and plug them into each side of the Y-Connecter that is already connected to the motor from step 1.
When using this setup, please be aware that it will take slightly longer for the chambers to inflate compared to when only using 1 attachment.

How do I set up my Circulate system for the first time?

How do I adjust the compression settings?
By changing the mode and pressure settings from your motor, if you need more help with this see the video in step 2.
Can I use it daily?
Yes, you can even use it 2 times a day, if you would like a more detailed answer appropriate for your personal goals please call our clinic or contact us via email.
How long should each session be?
Each session should typically last about 30 minutes to an hour, you can certainly go over an hour but we don't recommend anything lower than 30 minutes.
What should I do if I experience discomfort during use?
Lower the pressure setting and wear a thicker peace of clothing on the chosen body part, if this does not help please contact us and we can help
How do I clean and maintain the attachments?
You can clean the attachments by using a wet wipe on the inside and outside.
How do I use multiple attachments at the same time?
Refer to step 4 and step 2 where we will show you how in the video.
Can I travel with the Circulate system?
Yes you can, circulate falls under medical equipment and does not get counted towards your carry on weight.
How do I ensure the best results from my sessions?
- Go through the Chelsey Jean self lymphatic massage routine first
- Make sure you are well hydrated
- Be in a relaxed and comfortable setting
If the pressure feels too high simply lower it to a level at which you feel comfortable, visa versa.
How long is a piece of string? Again, every individual is different and there are many factors that can contribute to weight gain and weight loss.
Generally speaking, many of our members start to notice changes to their weight and appearance of skin tone and weight loss within 2 to 6 weeks of consistent use and incorporating the sequence into everyday life.
However, some don’t, especially if you have a compromised lymphatic system or other problems similar to fibromyalgia for example. If you are encountering struggles, Chelsey’s Body Wisdom program is an excellent mentorship program where she will assist you with professional mentorship, encouragement and clinical assessment to help you set goals to assist with your weight struggles with accountability and support.
Are there any warnings for using the Circulate?
- Do not unzip the attachments while the unit is on
- Always turn the power off before unzipping the attachment
- Do not get the power unit wet
- The equipment cannot be adjusted while in use. This means you cannot switch attachments, such as moving from legs to hips, while the motor is running.
- Do not use the power unit while it is charging. Always fully charge it before use. Using the device during charging will void the warranty.
- Contraindications include, but are not limited:
Acute inflammatory skin diseases, arrhythmia, lymph node removal, erysipelas, deep thrombosis phlebitis, pulmonary oedema, acute venous thrombosis, unstable hypertension and patients with a pacemaker. Any health concerns please consult a doctor before use.

I feel I need more cream than you say as my skin is very dry . I’m using more cream but the gloves have done wonders for me . I’ve lost so many inches and I feel I have loads more energy
My T Zone was very dry I feel it has helped in this area
Loving the gloves and the lymphatic cream . I can see a big difference in my cellulite had a few aching limbs and headaches recently putting it down to my gloves doing their job . I will be purchasing more cream soon and will be trying the oil also. Wouldn’t be without my gloves now always did dry body brushing wasn’t as effective in my opinion as the gloves.
The gloves were recommended by my physio. It's easy to use them 2 mins a day. After a few weeks of regular use, fluid retention has diminished and clothes fit better. The swelling in my arm after a fall and fracture over 5 months ago has gone. I definitely feel more energetic and my skin is softer. The sore spots on my legs are less tender - I'm thinking it's good for the fascia too. Using the gloves makes my skin itch for a few minutes afterwards and I have had some detox symptoms, but I see these as positive signs of change.
I have just started using the face cream , wow what a game changer . I spend a lot on serums , creams and peels on my face but let me tell you face biotics is a game changer . What I have noticed is my skin looks fresher , no puffy bags under my eyes ( I have hashimotos I always look puffy ) not now !
While I love the cream & do the gloves every day I haven’t noticed and difference yet, think it’s been about 6 weeks using them. I just listened to Chelsea saying it can get worse before it gets better, so thinking this is me, am 72 years old and had the big legs since teenage years but got worse as the years went on. Cream is very absorbent and not sticky, post massage. Great feeling to start the day, or ending the day before bed.
I am loving this product. I have very sensitive skin and I am using this product morning and night with no reaction. There is no greasy after-feel and yet my skin feels hydrated. I love it and will be ordering it again.

Always have dry skin especially on the legs being hidden wearing long pants most days. Since using this cream it was an instant turn around to smooth and moisturised skin. Love it....I have lipoedema so will never be nice legs to show off but at least now they feel much smoother and softer.
In the last year I have tried everything. I was about to surrender in thinking that I was the one failing with the swelling, the bumpy and crepey skin being part of getting older. Saw the ad on Facebook sometime ago; could stop thinking about this system; then after a few months up popped the ad again; ordered quickly; received my gloves and got working; love the magnetic movement balls; very easy to use and easy to follow the systematic use around your body, great items!
Don’t have a photo… however OMG I am obsessed with the gloves. I seriously have not changed 1thing except to use the gloves. More energy / more focused to move more/ noticed within a week the puffy fluid around 1 leg has reduced significantly. Easy to use every morning before showering .
