After many years of putting myself last I made the decision this year to put my health first. I bought the gloves & cream 2 weeks ago & for the past 11 days I’ve been brushing & massaging morning and night. The first thing I noticed after a week was my **** felt lighter and today as I walked down 2 flights of stairs I realised I felt minimal pain in my knees (dislocated both knees many years ago). I have been focusing around my knees with the magnets and even though I currently have lots of bruising I feel very little pain and quite enjoy the massaging. As lovely as the self-massage was, I was doubtful of seeing any immediate results. Boy was I wrong! The next day I could clearly see changes in my body. The cream smells great and feels amazing on my skin. Defiantly putting into my self-care routine, well worth it!
