If you are coming from a lymphatic massage, circulate compression or IR Press session, you will already have loose fitting long pants, socks and t-shirt on. Enter the Cocoon Room where you will find the Energy Pod already heating up and on its cleaning ozone function. Your therapist will help you adjust the settings of the eight therapies and then leave you to relax and sweat it out for 30 mins.

Yes. The maximum height to fit inside the cocoon comfortably is 185cm, we can add a knee pillow for those a little taller and the width maximum is 70cm

As we have not used pregnant women in any testing, we will have to say no, especially to using any of the heating functions as well as the vibration. We recommend a lymphatic massage and use of our circulate compression system for pregnancy. Breastfeeding is fine however lots of water needs to be consumed to keep up milk supply.
